The intelligent management system we have implemented by leveraging Internet of Things (iot) technology monitors parameters such as temperature and humidity in the cold storage through sensors and transmits the data to the cloud-base server. This enables real-time remote monitoring of cold storage equipment, parameter setting, remote switch control, fault alarm notification, and historical data analysis. The ultimate goal is to enhance the operational efficiency of the cold storage, ensure the safety of stored items, and reduce operating costs. Operators can remotely control the on/off, refrigeration mode switching and parameter setting of the cold storage through a mobile phone APP or a computer. Therefore, managers or owners can remotely manage cold storage anytime and anywhere without having to be on site in person.

Our comprehensive testing center for refrigeration units has been recognized as a national first-class enterprise laboratory and has received government awards. It is equipped with advanced testing devices and can test various cold storage units in accordance with different national technical standards. It is not only used for the testing and experiments of our engineering department's R&D, but also serves as the finished product testing workshop. After the production of our cold storage units is completed, we conduct performance tests, energy efficiency tests, safety tests and functional logic tests. After the final assembly of our Mobile Cold Storage is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive and all-round test on the entire cold storage. Our cold storage units can only be recognized as qualified products and packed into the warehouse after passing the quality inspection by our QC engineers.

We adopts Nano-eutectic PCMs as the component of storing cold energy together with refrigeration equipment to make an innovative cooling system, which leverages phase change material to store cold energy for the future use. It is engineered to freeze or thaw at specific temperatures commonly used in frozen cold storage and large-scale commercial air conditioner. This allows the refrigeration equipment to be turned off for long per periods of time, up to 24 hours, while maintaining stable temperatures. Our cold solutions enables companies to achieve up to 39% or greater reductio in reduction in energy costs through efficiency and energy storage flexibility. Cold storage operators and grocery stores can buy, store and use the cold energy when it is most economical for them. Our cold solution works for new construction, retrofit or refurbishment projects.

Founded in 1991, CALM COLD was the first commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturer in China who focused on reducing the noise of refrigeration equipment and enhanced the comfort of large commercial air conditioners. Under the leadership of CALM COLD, many companies in our town, Luoyang were engaging in the commercial refrigeration equipment industry. After 30s years of development and mergers, CALM COLD is now a subsidiary of SEASONS INTELLIGENT EQUPMENT, specializing in mobile cold storage. Since we have our own factories for the core parts, we can finish assembling the mobile cold storage units within a day after the confirmation of with customers based on the sufficient inventory of parts and components. To ensure quality, all of our mobile cold storage units must undergo a 48-hour aging test and performance test in our test workshop, which was rated as a first-class enterprise testing laboratory and received a special technical subsidy from the government.

We have a sharp focus on the ever-growing needs of the future, which is the reason why we invested a lot of R&D fund in Nano-eutectic phase change materials (PCMs) for storing cold energy in commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment. We take pride in our achievement of innovation for the significant success to achieve absolutely silent cooling because of no noise source when Nano-eutectic PCMs releases the cold energy, which is ideal for applications with extremely high sound quality requirements, such as cinemas and concert halls. By the application of Nano-eutectic PCMs to cold energy during off-peak electricity prices and then use this stored cold energy during peak electricity prices, it can save a considerable amount of electricity price difference and also save about 26% of electricity.
